Over four-plus years I've advanced into progressively more senior roles — from Procurement Analytics Manager, to Head of Analytics, to Head of Analytics & AI — expanding scope and leadership with each step.
Led transformation strategy and execution across 15+ portfolio-company procurement organizations, building a cross-portfolio program targeting $100M+ in annual savings. Partnered with PortCo CPOs and CFOs on savings and maturity assessments, and built a cross-portfolio spend cube spanning $1.5B+ in annual spend.
Progressed from strategic sourcing into analytics leadership, transforming global procurement data and technology practices. Built and presented a Source-to-Pay business case to the C-Suite, securing $2M+ in budget to drive $5M+ in incremental annual savings, and stood up a spend cube serving 70+ Finance and Procurement users. Exceeded category savings goals by 100%+ each year.
Developed sourcing strategies for a $200M+ global professional services and consulting category across all business units, supporting key transformation initiatives across IT, Finance, and Management Consulting, and presenting category strategy to 40+ senior bank partners.
Supported two global category managers across raw-material categories in the Energy Services business unit. Supported a corporate initiative to capture $70M in savings during a down oil economy, and identified $10M+ through raw-material harmonization — earning a charter to build a 10+ person cross-functional execution team.
